Pink Bath Bomb Review

Hey dearies. You know my love for Lush, it a serious kind of love. So quite recently I splirged a little and got a few new bath bombs. This beauty here is one I have not tired before, but I have a secret. This is a new favorite. It smells amazing as a whole and smelt even better once it was in the water. It reminds me of a mix between vanilla and candy. It dissolves quickly & leaves behind cute little hearts and light pink water. A little smaller than most bath bombs but it did not really matter in the end!

Marbled Apple Love

Hey dearies! So quite recently I was able to finally purchase something I've been wanting.  That's right I have stepped into the Apple family a little more with my Ipad. Yeah I know it's not that exciting but to me it kind of is. I've always been a Iphone lover & at the end of last year I was able to get my Macbook pro, which I cannot tell you how much I love it. Each already has its own marble case, so of course my Ipad had to also join in. For some reason I cannot not describe how much I love marble coverings of my products, as weird as it sounds. I know I keep saying that. I also know it just materialistic things but for me its a form of accomplishment. I was able to purchase these products of my own hard earned money. Which to me is just a great sign of growing up. Whats your favorite brand of products? Do you have any or am I just weird. I may just be weird. Oh well!

Hello Second Trimester

Hey lovelies. As of Sunday I am 14 weeks along and am officially in the second trimester! Let's just say the first one has been quite interesting. It excites me that our little Pip (babys nickname) is in it's safe zone now. Can I say it's crazy how fast time has flown by.

The first trimester has definitely had it's up and downs. Pip was originally a twin, however we lost baby A at 8 weeks. It was hard at first but it's kinda hard to stay down knowing your other baby is doing well, so Pip has been the main focus.

The first trimester also brought along some wonderful symptoms. I had the wonderful boob pain (which I still have), severe nausea (thank God for medicine), extreme fatigue (which thankfully is starting to wear off, & let's not forget the mood swings (oops).

We are so looking forward to the second trimester. Next week I find out what we are having & the reveal party will be the weekend of the 3rd. Hopefully soon I'll start feeling our little one wiggling around in there. We are all quite excited for whats to come & we cannot wait to meet our little Pip!

State of Emergency...What?

You know when you see on the tv how places have these horrible things happen to them and all you can do is send prayers out to those affected, well my friends this is what I'm asking from you today. My home town and its surrounding towns are tragically been drowned with severe rains. So sad to see places you've grown up in now have 8 feet of water in them. Thankfully my family & myself have not been affected by these flooding waters. However many people we know have lost their homes & processions. I know those things care be replaced but its just insane to see. My thoughts and prayers go out to those affect. The weather started yesterday, where schools and work had to suddenly be cancelled & closed. Some schools & businesses now have water in their halls. Unfortunately this is not the end of it, we have another few days of this constant down pour. All we can do is hunker down and pray for the best! Pictures below are courtesy of facebook from family & friends.
