Annual 30 Day Snap

Hey dears. It's crazy to think it's that time of the year again. Since I've started my blog I've done the 30 Day Snap ever year. It's been in a different month each time so I figured why not in the fall this time! Basically you take a snap of whatever you want each day of the month and post it! It's always fun finding different things to take snaps of. Hope you enjoy & follow along. Also why not give it a go yourself!

Colour Pop Nude

So many of you may know how much I love a good liquid matte lip. I saw Danielle Peazers video of her favorite nude lip products & what can I say, I feel in love with them all. So I recently got my hands on the Colour Pop she talked about which is the Liquid Lipstick in the color Midi & the lip liner BFF go to along with it.

I've worn it the last few days and let me tell you its a new favorite of mine. The liner goes on fairly easy, as does the liquid lip stick. It takes less than a minute to dry and bam you are good to go. I had to reapply just in the corners of my lips after eating lunch, so I say that it was pretty successful! Also pricing is more drug store range than high end product.

What's your favorite liquid lip stick?

September Ipsy Subscription

So a few post ago I posted about this subscription bag we have in the states. You basically pay $10 a month and get 5 beauty products in this cool bag once a month. The bag is different every month along with the products in it. So lets take a look at what I got this month & I'll tell you my first impressions.

Ultra 3 Nail Colour: Simple & cute. Beautiful shade of red, sizzling red to be exact. My only hope is that when it's time to come off it doesn't do the smear every where like most red colors do.

Briogeo Don't Despair Repair Face Mask: Love the packaging. It has no sulfates, silicones, or parabens in it. I'm sensitive to sulfates so that's great. The face mask is white in color & smells amazing.

Eyeko London Eye Do Liquid Eyeliner: Packaging is slim yet chic. It has a felt tip, heard some great things about this one before. Hopefully it will work well, I usually am not the best with liquid liner.

Pixi by Petra Matte Lipstick: So this little bit is basically a little bit. It's a sample size matte rouge lipstick, in the color red naturelle. It's a really deep dark red & with the holidays approaching I cannot wait to give this a try.

It Superhero Mascara: I have a love for mascara. I love the ones that do more than one thing. This one claims to give you lashes a  longer, plumper,  fuller lashes in the color super black. Packaging is great to throw in your purse. This is another one I cannot wait to try.

Lava Lamp Bath Bomb Review

It's  that time again for another Lush bath bomb review. This was one that I couldn't remember if I had tried in the past or not (thanks pregnancy brain), so I'll give you my first impressions. This little beauty is just so bright and orange with the purple spots. It dissolves rather quickly & leaves your water a wonderful shade of orange & the purple pieces just kind float along the top. I'm not sure if that's were the lave lamp part comes in? Also let me just tell you the oils that it leaves behind are amazing!

Floating Island Bath Melt

Hey dears! As you know I'm a sucker for trying out many things from Lush. Recently I picked up this little beauty, & well it was so so. I haven't tried many bath melts in the past so I figured I'd give it a go. It was small, literally. Smelled like vanilla & had this cute vanilla pod as a stem. Honestly it wasn't all that impressive, which I guess for a melt that's fairly typical. It took a while for it to dissolve & left a residue in my bath tub after. However it did make my skin feel amazing. So for this I guess try it if you want, good for the skin but not quite that impressive.

Planning an event...

Hey dearies! So sometimes when you plan any kind of party a lot of planning has to go into it. I find the best way to plan is to make a check off list so nothing is missed. Coming up is our gender reveal party & boy did it take some planning. Between ordering the cake & cupcakes, the old wives tale board, & a few other things that I needed to order. I am happy to say everything is in and ready to go. I'm the kind of person that I like to plan it at least a month in advance that way I can pick up things here and there instead of having to fork out a whole bunch on money at one time. What do you find is the best way to plan your parties?
