Boscia Tsubaki Swirl Two-Part Gel & Cream Deep Hydration Moisturizer Review

Hey dears. So this was a recent purchase I made. To be honest I search on Sephora their best moisturizers & this is one that popped up that I had not tried before. I thought this one had a interesting vibe from it, it's a cream & a gel together. Sephora describes it as "This unique swirled formula combines a gel and a cream for hydrating, yet lightweight, moisture. The white cream contains the heavier hydrating and firming ingredients, including tsubaki (camellia) oil and rice bran, while the pink gel contains the lighter nourishing ingredients, like sodium hyaluronate. This moisturizer instantly absorbs into skin without leaving behind a greasy or heavy residue, leaving it baby-soft and smooth with no greasy feel. Dry, rough, dehydrated skin is left glowing, healthy-looking, and radiant—alone or under makeup."

I used this after my night time routine after getting out the the tub before I apply my eye cream. I've only been using this product for about 2 weeks now & I love it to pieces. I can tell you it's one of the best moisturizers I've ever used. My face feels & looks great after using it. I can truly say this is the best my skin has looked in a while. I got mine from Sephora for$38. Absolutely worth the price. When stars say its worth investing in good skin care, they truly mean it.

Deck of Scarlet | Edition No. 02

Hey dears! So I recently got in my second subscription from Deck of Scarlet & this month we got in this pretty little one. If you're unsure what this subscription entails you can check out the details here. As you can see the theme this time is more purple based. This month it doesn't have an eye liner & instead of a lip pencil it has a lip crayon. I've always heard that this color goes great with brown eyes. The colors are a little bit more bold than what I'm use to wearing but I'm always willing to give it a go. The shades this palette has are so beautiful.

Clarins Lip Oil

Hey dears. So I heard about this product from one of Zoella's favorites videos a while back I was intrigued to try one of these out. I'm a sucker for a good lip product that may not have a decent pigment, more of the glossy side vs matte. I'm also a Clarins lover Originally there were 3 colors: Honey, Raspberry, & Red Berry; & they've recently come out with other 4 colors: Mint, Honey Glam, Tangerine, & Candy.
I have this in the colors Raspberry & Mint & let me tell you I love them. Love the colors, scents, & how they make my lips feel. The site says" Pure comfort for your lips. Mirror pop shine, a pop of color, complete comfort" Each shade contains a trio of lip oils: Hazelnut, Jojoba, & either Field Mint, Achiote, Raspberry, Amaranth, Buriti, Mirabelle Plum depending on the shade. There all such beautiful shades.

I got mine from Sephora, they're $26. Love the ones I have.

Father's Day Gifts

Hey dears. So this little holiday along with Christmas is what I consider one of the hardest holidays to get men's gifts. So this year I had to rack my brain to think what to get my husband and my dad. I always try to go for gifts that I know they will actually use often or at least put to good use.

So this year for my dad I found this beautiful wood face watch with a leather band on Etsy (can you tell I love that website yet). I was also able to get it engrave on the back to day Happy Father's Day 2017. The price was honestly a reasonable price, shipped quickly, & again looks beautiful.

For my husband, as this is his first real Father's Day aside from our fur babies, I remembered he wanted a 20 oz Yeti cup to put his coffee in to use offshore & to bring to the farm when he goes. So I popped over to one of out local stores to get the Yeti & I thought what better than to get Raven at Monkey Business to add the decal to the cup. Again it wasn't crazy expensive but it's sentimental. Cheap yet effective & it looks amazing.
What are some of your favorite Father's Day gifts you've bought in the past?

A Week In Destin

Hey dears. So last week was spent in Destin with my little man, family, & friends. We left last Saturday at midnight that morning & had a nice smooth drive there. To sum up trip in 3 words: Shopping, beaching, & eating.

When we arrived in Destin we were not able to check into our condo yet so we went to a popular place called Destin Commons, which is this outlet mall that has many shops & food places. Lets just say Bass Pro & Lush were our popular places. I can tell you we walked a good 5 miles that morning. We also had to get the kids their first airbrush shirts. Hayden also got a turtle & a shark (dead in formaldehyde).

Much of our time was spent on the beach. I literally got burnt within the first hour of our first day soaking up the sun. I blame my son for this for fussing to take a nap as soon as we got to the beach. Other than that the kids loved the beach & sand. Paisley couldn't stay out the water. The water was amazing, so clear & blue!

Our eating experiences however were not that great this trip. We went to some good places like Lulu's Hogs Breath Saloon, Millers Ale House, & Margaritaville (1st time). Then we had some bad nights eating out Joe's Crab Shack, World of Beer, Margaritaville (2nd time). These places we had many forgotten meals that were not placed for whatever reason & then we did finally get our meals they would be wrong.... which lead to many discounts or free meals... Which is sad because I used to love some of these places.

During this trip I also took some time off and went see some of my husbands family in Pensacola & they got to meet Hayden for the first time. We also took the kids to the Gulfarium. Hayden loved watching the Dolphin & Sea Lions.

I'm happy to say the kids traveled better than expected there and back. My little one had 2 teeth come out during the trip. That was interesting experience in itself.

All is all it was a great family trip & I cannot wait until the next one.
