Hey dears. This past weekend we had a family get together & had bub baptized. Everything went well & we celebrated after with a crawfish boil. Perfect evening in the south.

Hey dears. Here's one I haven't done one of these in a while. Sad part is I have still been getting these palettes, it's just been slipping my mind. So I do plan on playing catch up. So if the palette numbers a bit out of over, that's why. If you're not sure what these entail you can check it out here.

This is palette #8 in there subscription & it's a beauty. The colors are so vibrant & beautiful. The eye shadows consist of Enchanted, Crown, & Myth. I will be honest, Crown intimidates me. They blush is Tiara & let me tell you a little goes a long way with this one. The highlighter is Fairy Dust. The lip products are called Kiss & Maiden & are such lovely shades. It also comes with a lip gloss called Lovespell.

Wal-Mart Bath Bombs

Hey dears. As you know I have a love for bath bombs. For most bath products I have to be really careful because if it has a high sulfate rate in it (or anything along the lines), it makes me really itchy. My usual go to is Lush, I absolutely love their bath bombs & never have had any sort of reaction to them. I have tried a few different ones from Whole Foods & ended up having to get rid of them because they made me really itchy. Recently I noticed Wal-mart selling bath bombs & I was like why not give it a go. They worked out perfectly. They're really cute, they have a unicorn horn & a garden gnome along with many others. You can check out their listing of them here. So in the end, the moral of the story is great bath bombs that smell amazing & looks pretty for half the cost!

Standard Toothbrush vs Electric Toothbrush

Hey dears. My husband & I have switched from a regular toothbrush to an electronic toothbrush. In this post I can tell you the pros and cons of each from his perspective & mine.

He has really sensitive gums, so for his regular toothbrush he would use a Colgate 360 soft bristle brush. For his electric brush he uses a Oral B Pro with a circle brush head. This one is a little older from my braces days (don't worry he has a new brush head). It's a standard electric tooth brush, one setting. He said he prefers his regular toothbrush over his electronic toothbrush because he feels like he gets a better clean & also has better control over his regular toothbrush.

I keep up with my teeth & gums really well, floss after each meal (habit of having braces). I was using a Colgate 360 medium bristle brush. For my electronic brush I use a PCS Pro Sonic with a regular brush head. It's sonic care is a little different. It remind me more of a face brush technology. This has 5 setting I can choose from. I feel like I get a better clean with my electric than a regular toothbrush. I have a permanent retainer on my bottom front teeth & I feel the electric tooth brush gives me a better clean around my wire vs a regular tooth brush.

We each have little travel cases for when we need to pack them for travel. Pretty simple & they pack well into the case. Can you guess who's is who's.

Pool Time For Toddlers

Hey dears. Tis the season to take out the kiddie pool for the little ones. For the past few weekends the weather has finally been decent enough to do outdoor activities with the kids. Hayden wants to say a big thank you for Meme & Taunte Heahter for his shark pool. Last weekend we had a great get together & the kids got to play in Paisleys new kiddie pool. They played about 30 minutes before it wore out its welcome, which was considered a win in our book.
