Kylie Jenner Lip Kit Review

Within the last few weeks I had purchased 7 of the Kylie Jenner Lip Kits & let me tell you it did not take me long to fall in love with these kits. They each come with a lip liner and the liquid lipstick itself. The liner guides on smoothly & if you mess up a bit, its fairly easy to correct it. The liquid lip stick goes of flawless & smells amazing. This is a little harder to correct once it dries but its so long wearing it's not even funny. It didn't budge until I took it off with makeup remover at night. Well worth the price!

Loving Tan Purchase

Quite recently after a random Youtube search I stumbled upon Jaclyn Hill's sunless tanning video. I can say first hand that I had never hear of Loving Tan prior to watching her video. However after watching her video I quickly fell in love with the product. So I decided to pick up a few products and give it a go. I got the Deluxe Bronzing Mousse Medium, 2 hour Express Medium Self Tanning Mousse, & Deluxe Self Tanning Applicator Mitt. I also had a code from Jaclyn's video that got me a free tan removing & skin polishing glove. I also quite enjoyed these cute little message cards you get in your packages.  I have yet to try these products out, but you bet your bottoms that once I do I'll post a review! Let me know what your favorite self tanning products are.

White & Milk Chocolate Cookies

So this is a really fun easy cookie recipe I got from the lovely Tanya Burr. Im a stickling for baking anything made from scratch, so I decided to call in my baking buddy, my niece Kylie. So let the baking begin!

INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:

200g butter
300g sugar
1 egg
325g self raising flour
dash of milk
200g white chocolate
200g milk chocolate

DIRECTIONS:

Mix sugar & butter together until it is well mixed. Add in egg. Once mixed slowly mix in flour. If dough is a bit clump add in a dash of milk. Once everything is all mixed together you now want to add in your white & milk chocolate. I used chocolate chips for this recipe. Mix it all together well & scoop about a handful out and roll into a ball and put it on your baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 F. Let cool on cooling rack.

Day With My Niece

Today my little niece came to spend the day with me & what can I say it was an interesting day.  I always try to plan some sort of baking event while she's here because she absolutely loves it. After we did our make up (per her request), we decided to pop into town. It was quite the funny journey but one thing that really stands out is she couldn't carry the kitty liter so she decided to drag it across the store... We also sang out hearts out to a few Frozen songs & popped into Starbucks.

After returning home and making having pizza for lunch & watching some Youtube videos on the tv, we did our baking & can I just say they turned out amazing!! Post on our baking adventure coming soon.

Here's a few snippets from today.

Kitchen Homeware Haul

There's this cute little market called World Market a few towns over. It's one of those stores that I cannot go to often because I would buy it out completely. Its this cute little place that has food and drinks from all over the world, hence the name of the store, and all kinds of little trinkets. So told a friend and myself popped in to see what new wonders we could find.

Along side a few snacks, these were my other purchases. My niece and I are baking some homemade cookies this Thursday so I got her this cute little apron that says keep calm and bake on to bake with. I myself already have one.

I also got this cute bowl that says Life is short, Lick the bowl & I mean why not. One of the cutest bowls I have seen. Also pick up some little oven mitts that slip on the skillet handle.

I saw these adorable tea bag dishes. I'm a big tea lover & I usually just sit the bags on a paper towel so these will definitely come in handy. I also got this cutlery set that can be assembled and disassembled and this is great to bring with you when you bring you lunch to work.

How cute is this measuring cup. It full measurement if 2 cups but on the inside it breaks down ounces on one side & cups & teaspoons on the other. I also got this lemon squeezer. Its that the appropriate term? Oh well. This is a little tool I did not have. I have a lemon drizzle recipe I have been dying to try.
