4 Favorite Halloween Films Growing Up
Hey dears. So it's that time of year again where TV stations start playing their rendition of Halloween movies. Luckily most of them are the good oldies from when I was growing up. I was never one of the kids who watched the movies that scared the pants off of you, I was more the kind of kid that like Disney or Tim Burton kind of movies. So above are 4 of my favorites that come on TV this time a year, to be honest I also have these on DVD. Also most of these are as old as I am. What are your favorite Halloween movies?

October Ipsy Subscription
Hey guys so last week I got in my October Glam Bag from Ipsy & let's be honest how cute is the bag. When I opened the shipping bag & saw the glam bag all I could saw was awww. So let's get straight into what I got this month.
-Blinc Mascara: Who can ever have enough mascara. Everyone always wants a mascara to do something specific to their eye lashes. For example I like them to curl and lengthen along with volume. I know a lot to ask for. But this will make a good addition to the volume group. The tube actually says mascara amplified, so we will definitely put that to the test.. I got it in the color black.
-Indi Beauty Buttercream Lip Scrub: So this little one I tried out a few times now & let me say that it's one of my favorite lip scrubs. Almost equal with the Lush's lip scrubs. It literally feels like a lip cream with the scrub in it. Works really well, taste great, & leaves your lips feeling silky smooth & moisturized.
-treStique Matte Lip Crayon: You know I'm a lover of any matte lip product. I however have not had a chance to use a matte lip crayon. I have it in the color Belize Bordeaux. Packaging is quite cute, not sure if it stays the same when you buy a full size product.
-Pure Brazilian Miracle Leave In Conditioner: With my naturally curly hair I'm always a little skeptical of certain hair products. Sometimes leave in conditioners will my hair looking a little oily, but I will give it a go to say I gave it a chance. This comes in a spray bottle you spritz in your hair.
-Hot Mama! blush/eyeshadow: Cute little sample boxes that can be used a a blush or an eye shadow. It's a cute pink shimmer color. I can say I'll most likely use this for more of an blush than an eye shadow. Quite close to a Nars blusher.

October Sephora Play Subscription
Hey dears. So last week I got in the first Sephora Play Box & the excitement of getting my first box and not knowing what to expect was quite high. I was quite pleased with my box & the variety that came in it. Here is what I got in it.
-Belif Aqua Bomb: So this is a hydrating cream that I have purchased before, which happens to be a product I love and use quite often. To see my review on it you can view it here.
-Christophe Robin Regenerating Mask: For this little number the packaging is cute, smells a little like baby powder. Other than it say it is a regenerating face mask everything else is in a different language, so that's sadly as much information I can give you on it. haha. But I can say this, if goes on fairly easy & almost leaves a cool feeling behind.
-Smashbox Liquid Lipstick: This is a matte liquid lipstick that I have heard many good things about, but have not been able to try on my own. Cannot wait to give this a go as you know my love for a good liquid lip. I got this in the color Driver's Seat.
-Trust Fund Beauty Gimme Good Face: This is a face primer that comes out as like a clear cream and rubs it really easily. Leaves skin feeling very smooth & matte. Cant wait to use this under my make up.
-Skin Inc. Pure Revival Peel: Gave this little one a try a few nights ago. Basically it comes out clear and you rub it on your face, let it sit for 10 seconds, then rub your face in circular motions and your old dead skin will peel off. For me it worked out fairly well, took a little while of going in a circular motion before anything started to peel.
-YSL Mon Paris Perfume: Cant say that this is a perfume I have sniffed through before in a store, however it's quite interesting. It smells very sweet & floral, reminds me of the little perfumes that used to come with Barbie dolls years ago. Don't know if I'd actually purchase this however, it's not really my kind of perfume.

Kylie Jenner Lip Kit Haul
Hey dearies! So recently I decided to splurge on getting a few more lip kits that have recently been released on Kylie Cosmetics & what can I say they are all so damn pretty. I did decide to not go nuts and buy them all and limited myself to buying two, Leo & Kristen. Kristen is this beautiful orange/pinky color & Leo is this sexy cranberry color. What can I say both are right up my alley! You already know of my love for her lip kits, if not you can read about it here. You can, of course, get them from her website for $29, each come with a lip liner & matching liquid lipstick. The next one on my list to pick up is Smile.

Planning A Baby Shower
Hey dears. I don't know about you but sometimes planning an event can get a little stressful, especially if it's your own. Sometimes the best thing to do is start early & make a list. Here's how I like to plan mine.
- Pick a Date: This by far is the most important detail is planning a baby shower. You can't really do to much planning with having a date. So have a date in mind early on to be able to start setting things up.
- Pick a theme: For any kind of party or shower always pick your theme first so you can start looking up ideas. Pinterest is great for this. Find things you like, know which direction you want to know, plan a budget for decorations & supplies.
- Find a location: If you not hosting the party at your house, start out reaching fairly early on to friends or halls you're able to rent. It usually best to do this early on like I said due to depending in your event falls during a holiday or a certain season, some places tend to book up really fast.
- Food & desserts: Always get help from others when supplying food. Food, depending on whether you stick a full course meal or finger foods, can get a little pricey. Ask friends and family if they would be able to bring a dish, everyone is great at making something. You'll end up with a variety & more cost efficient of your part.
- Favors & Games: Both of these are completely optional. I know many people cannot stand playing games at parties & others love it, so it's more your preference. I usually like to do some sort of favor at my parties/showers, but that just my personal preference.
- Don't Go At It Alone: Sometimes letting others help plan certain events is usually a better way to go. For example, my shower I've enlisted the help of our mothers & sisters. It helps take the stress load so not as much affects you and baby.

Milky Bath Bubble Bar Review
Hey dearies. So this is a little different post than my normal bath bomb. I picked up this little baby to give it a go. As you can see it looks like a old time milk bottle with little bits of shimmer in it. You just break of a piece and break it up under running water & ta da bubbles. Smells like fresh linen and just a really clean scent. Can get more than one use out of it. Didn't do much more than make bubbles, so it would be great to add with a bath bomb that doesn't create any bubbles.

Kiehl's Hydrating Facial Mist
Hey dearies. I don't know about you but some afternoons you skin can feel just down right nasty, especially if you had a long hard day or been outside for a long period of time. That's were a great facial mist can come into play. If you haven't ever tried one then let me tell you you're missing out. I have two facial mist that I adore, first being Caudalie Paris Eau Beaute which you can read about here & the second Kiehl's Hydrating Facial Mist. Let me tell you, it didn't take me long to fall in love with Kiehl's mist. It's a cactus flower & Tibetan ginseng mist and man is it great. The smell reminds me of something you'd smell in a spa to relax you, it also give your skin this zing to wake up, that also hydrates your skin. Great for days when you in the sun all day and you skin feels dry and dehydrated, or when you spend long hours at work and you just feel blah. I'm sure we all know that feeling. 2 sprays will go a long way. You can get this from Kiehl's for $27. Have you ever tried a facial mist before? What were your thoughts on it?

Sephora Play Subscription
Who doesn't love getting multiple make up products every month for a cheap price, I know this girl does. Sephora created this great subscription box where every month you'll get 5 beauty samples + 1 fragrance sample for $10. Now in order to join this subscription they have to have an empty spot for you to join play, so sadly if you try to join sometimes they may say they have no current available spots. Don't fret though, spots open fairly quickly. I'm currently awaiting my first play box & let me tell you I cannot wait! I mean how cute are they really!

Stila Liquid Lipstick
Hey dearies! So who doesn't love a good liquid lipstick, I know I do. I also have a thing for trying different products to see which ones I love more. I recently got my hands on Stila's liquid lipstick in Caramello & the mini in Fiery, & let me tell you it was very easy to love this product. They stay on well, I only had to apply a little to the corners of my lips after eating lunch but other then that it stayed put & the pigment held up well until I removed it that night. I also found it didn't leave that nasty, dry feeling to my lips like some liquid lipsticks do. Only thing you have to be mindful of is this holds a lot of product on the wand, there's nothing at the end of the tub to take the excess off. Reasonably priced, I got mine from Sephora for $24 & the mini free with my rewards points from my Rouge Card. Well worth it in my opinion.
